Fairly clean, hip new hotel with quiet location close to the seaside...

Our room was upgraded to a spacious twin room with great amenities.

Everything was brand-new, nice staff, amazing views of the sea. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a sofa set and a comfy couch inside the room. The location was peaceful, right next to Jetski Center Water Park.

The stay was enjoyable at this clean hotel with a great location near restaurants, highly recommended for an overnight stay.

This place is located in a peaceful and nice area near the sea and Zadar, and there's a restaurant called Tavern Jaz just a minute away for dinner.

We had a pleasant stay at a place that was clean and had friendly staff, conveniently located 10 km from the airport.

The nearest airport is conveniently close, making it a breeze to catch my flight. Biograd na Moru is a short distance away, giving me the opportunity to explore a charming town. Guests can relax on the sun terrace, where I enjoyed soaking up the rays.

Oh, and who needs bed sheets and clean towels when you can have the authentic charm of old, worn-out ones?

The family leading this apartment complex is incredibly friendly and welcoming. the hosts are approachable and helpful with any concerns. the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a big parking lot in front of the premises. Perfect stay for those wanting to be close to the beach in a less busy area after exploring Zadar.

the room was clean and had fresh furniture, and the beds were very comfortable. the highlight was definitely the sea view from the room, including the breathtaking sunset. the location was also convenient, with the seaside, restaurants, and swimming spots just a short walk away. the host, Mary, was extremely helpful and communicative. it was a great experience, and I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and other amenities. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👍.

I loved the exceptional room design, big comfortable bed, and the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were superb, including the pool and jacuzzi on the roof. Also, the location near the sea is fantastic.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations! the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. the facilities were also outstanding, with two beautiful pools and daily cleaning service. But what we enjoyed the most was the warm and hospitable welcome from the owner. She made us feel at home and was always there to help with any questions or concerns we had.

the bed pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable, which caused some discomfort during the night.

I can't even begin to express how mind-blowing our stay was! The owner greeted us with a big smile, even though we arrived late at night. The facilities were jaw-dropping, with two gorgeous pools and just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. We were blown away by the excellent off-road parking and the peacefulness of the surroundings at night. And let me tell you, Pizza Roku was a game-changer! Their handmade, handrolled pizzas cooked in open fire ovens were out of this world, and the staff were so friendly. We were thrilled to find great vegetarian options and the fact that they served omelettes late into the evening. The complex itself was absolutely stunning, with superb rooms and an incredibly spacious bed. And the location couldn't have been better, with Zadar just a 10-minute drive away. Restaurants, markets, and everything we needed were within a 5-minute walk from the residence. The wifi was excellent, the pools were fantastic , and the jacuzzi on the roof had an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea for only 30 HRK. The bathroom and room were spotless, the AC worked like a charm, and the large LCD TV was a nice touch. Mary, the host, was incredibly helpful and made our experience truly unforgettable. You won't find a better place to stay in this area. Can't wait to come back in the summer!
